Summary of the terms of cancellation (in accordance with the law):

A transaction can be canceled within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of the disclosure document (whichever is later).

In transactions with special populations (senior citizens, new immigrants, people with disabilities), the cancellation period is 4 months, subject to the provisions of the law.

In the event of a cancellation that is not due to a defect, a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will be charged.
