Returns & Cancellation Policy

1. General

This website operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 5771-2010. Our goal is to provide you with fair and transparent service.

2. Right to Cancel a Transaction

  • A consumer may cancel a remote sale transaction from the date of making the transaction and up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, or from the date of receipt of the disclosure document (whichever is later).

  • Special Populations: People with disabilities, senior citizens or new immigrants may cancel a transaction within 4 months from the date of receipt of the product/disclosure document, provided that the engagement included a conversation (including a phone call or chat).

3. Method of Cancellation Notice

You can notify a transaction cancellation in one of the following ways:

The cancellation notice must include your full name, order number and contact phone number.

4. Cancellation fees

  • In the event of a cancellation that is not due to a defect or non-conformity, the site will charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the price of the product or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.

  • In the event of cancellation due to a defect, a discrepancy between the product and the details provided, or failure to deliver on time – no cancellation fee will be charged and the customer will receive his full refund.

5. Product Return

  • In case of cancellation due to a defect: the product will be returned at the expense of the business.

  • In the event of a cancellation that is not due to a defect: the return of the product to the business's warehouses will be carried out by the consumer and at his expense (unless otherwise agreed).

  • The product will be returned to the extent possible in its original packaging.

6. Products that cannot be canceled/returned

In accordance with the law, it is not possible to cancel a transaction for the following products:

  • Products made specifically for the consumer (custom-made).

  • Goods that can be recorded, reproduced, or duplicated, whose original packaging has been opened by the consumer.
